The hotel had clean rooms and a nice pool. The location was convenient, only a short walk to the beach. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They provided bicycles and motorbikes for easy transportation.

The most I like the size of rooms/villa and very friendly and helpful stuff. Also if you like romantic vacation in calm countryside, this is the place to stay.

Actually what is written in description about this resort is not absolutely correct.(eg.there is no Spa). It should be mentioned about the location- it's in small village, where it's hard to find good restaurant or massage center. If you like to stay at the villa also at the evening and not go out (but you have to because you have to eat), its good place to stay. However the price for staying there was too high comparing what we get. Breakfast was very poor (even not self service), they change towells each second day and you have to be very carefull around the pool because nails are looking from the wooden floor. To sum up and despite all mentioned minuses, its nice and romantic place in a very quite location.

The villa is located just a short 5-minute walk from the beautiful Bang Tao beach, where you can enjoy relaxing massages and delicious Thai food at the local food stall. The location of the hotel is quite far from Patong beach, which can be inconvenient and costly for trips to and from the area.

Very nice and friendly staff. Well-groomed territory with the pool in the centre of villas. Quiet place where you can order massage service and relax in your room. Don't be afraid to ask about services from Tanya, usually it was cheaper or the same price as elsewhere, except for excursions. We ordered it from local Russian-speaking agency (Martryoshka). Free Wi-Fi works well.

No choice for breakfast: fried eggs / omelet, toast with jam, juice, coffee/tee - every day. The place is located quite far from the beach. We took tuk-tuk to get to Surin beach (it was clean and nice) or walked along the sea to the right to find better place for swimming and quiet rest. No dvd in the room. Spa was closed.

The staff were lovely, the rooms are ok. More care and upgrading would make it so much better.

Although nice, the place is tired and old and this is not good enough for 3* top end. I think it should be viewed more as a 3* low end it was tired looking and without beach towels, soaps, no day bed or mini bar. If the pool decking area didn't have boards missing and nails sticking out it would be nice for children.

One of the best things about this place was its location; it was only a short walk to the beach and a quick ride to the airport. What a wonderful place in a wonderful spot! Beautiful, simple and very clean room with a big beautiful bathroom. The grounds are very lush and green. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. Lots of big resorts around this area ...if you want a small, quiet, peaceful and relaxing place to stay in Bang Tao beach this is your spot! Just a 5 minute walk to a lovely beach.

Anchan is located in a quiet part of Phuket, in an area that has maintained a village feel. The food is authentic and delicious, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return if I were to travel to Phuket.

The service was friendly and the staff were accommodating. They were always ready to assist us and were very responsive to our needs. We enjoyed the well-equipped villa, which allowed us to prepare and cook our own breakfast. The pool and bedrooms were clean, and we had a pleasant stay overall.

The location was quite far from Patong Beach, and transportation costs were high for our large group. We had to spend 2400 baht for each trip to and from Patong Beach, which added up quickly.

Anchan is expensive, not really value for money. Vey bad closing windows and doors, while the airco keeps on blowing to get the temperature down; not very sustainable! Strange choice of interior: furniture is often far too big for the room and who wants a black bathroom with only one little lamp in the middle of the ceiling? Breakfast also not what you expect for that price.

Hotel is very comfortable, good price and wonderful atmosphere. Tanya was so nice and helpful that I would come back just because of her.

We all had a luxurious stay at this hotel. It had exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. We enjoyed spending time by the inviting swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Our room boasted exclusive advantages such as private facilities and was beautifully furnished. The restaurant served delicious food and drinks which we savoured. This hotel is perfectly located, with several location advantages such as being close to the beach and offering bicycle and motorbike rentals.

There was only one minor issue we faced during our stay at this hotel. The lose tiles around the swimming pool made it slightly slippery to walk on.

We highly recommend this lovely place. Staff were very helpful and delightfully friendly. Accommodation was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our stay was short, but everything was taken care of and our stay went smoothly. All in all, it was perfect for us, a young family with 1 infant and 1 toddler.

We had to go to the room through the mud. We had to close the curtains all day otherwise the guests who park there car could look inside so we had to put on the lamp (only one worked) also in the daytime. The wiring was with loose contacts on the floor. The bathroom was dirty. All doors only opened with a lot of force. There is no spa and it is certainly no boutique resort.
